Do I need to pay for anything?
No, the event is completely free of charge.
Do I need any specific software or hardware?
For the best possible experience, we recommend downloading and installing the Zoom software (https://zoom.us/download
) on your preferred device. A broadband internet connection is required and ideally a webcam and microphone if you wish to engage in the group discussions.
How do I register?
Select 'SAVE MY SEAT' to choose which days you wish to register for and complete the registration form. we will send you an email to confirm your booking.
How do I access the sessions?
We will email you a Zoom meeting invite before the event. We recommend that you take note of the different sessions you wish to attend and you can use the Zoom meeting link to join and leave during the day.
Can I remain anonymous?
Yes, you will have the option to identify yourself or stay anonymous during the event.
Can anyone access the event?
The event is on an invite-only basis for existing system users and potential new clients.
Will the sessions be recorded?
The sessions will be recorded to share with all attendees for future reference. They will not be made publicly accessible.
How can I see the recorded sessions?
Following the event, we send out an email to all attendees with links to all the session captures.
